He not only solved the problem, but he was very calm and kind in a stressful situation. (Locked out of my flat in pyjamas with 20 people about to arrive for my own hen do!) Emily Paffett5 StarReally great service, excellent response times and helpful staff - cannot recommend them enough! They were initially called out to fix a faulty front door lock, which was done on quoted price. They were also able to source keys for windows that were all missing. Really helpful and reliable.
Update - after going to replace lost keys, the service is still amazing! Super friendly and helpful - would still definitely recommend their service and wish I could give more stars!Friday 22nd September 2023
