Levon is an old school horologist, with many years experience. I originally took an old family watch I’d been quoted huge sums to service and repair, and he did this for next to nothing. After this I began to collect older watches, specifically to bring to him for service - years later I have a nice little collection I can only thank him for. In recent years he’s had some health troubles and he is supported by family and his grandson, and yes, he can be cantankerous and the work a little slow, but his work is excellent and he is most importantly honest and fair. Reviews suggesting otherwise are outrageous as he has the lowest costs of any watchmakers in London. Im not living in London anymore, and regret that I’m unable to go to him with any watches for his safe advice or repairs, but again, am very grateful, and will be wearing some of these watches for the rest of my days, reminded of this Coram Street legend.

I had a very tricky old lock and a number of shops told me there was nothing they could do. Levon’s not only made me a key, they made it quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I went in to have my watch adjusted. I'd called ahead and was quoted 10 pounds. However, during the adjustment, the shopkeeper lost a pin from a link from my watch right in front of me. Despite searching for 20 minutes, he couldn't find it and gave me the watch back as if nothing had happened. I offered to look for the pin myself, respecting the shopkeeper's age and understanding the difficulty of spotting such a small item. But he denied losing it and began to shout at me. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, he demanded 15 pounds instead of the agreed-upon 10, even after losing one of the links. The store is an absolute mess and he has no proper workplace, which is why he lost the link in the first place. In the end, I decided to take a picture of the store from outside. He responded by coming out and throwing a bottle at me. I managed to capture him in the photo right outside the store (face hidden to respect Google Maps' guidelines). Avoid this place at all costs

Levon has over 50 years experience fixing watches. It's great (and important) to support an independent business who know what they are doing. He fixed my sister's watch at half the price the manufacturer quoted. There is character here, and it's worth the wait to get mended goods at a reasonable price.

By far the rudest man I have ever dealt with. Shouting at me for no reason, making false claims, and he managed to lose my key. Do yourself a favour and just go to Timpsons down the road. Lost 2 days of my life dealing with this idiot
